The Healthcare Innovation Company (thINc)/Validation Institute is looking for a self-motivated, and versatile marketing manager to help drive leads, awareness, and market share for our Sponsorship and Validation sales team to reach our annual revenue goals.
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this newly created role is a great opportunity for the right candidate to set the vision, strategy and execution of lead generation programs for these two areas. Using your marketing skills and experience, you will research, develop and implement the Sponsorship Sales marketing strategy in its entirety. The Marketing Manager is an exempt level position.

Bachelor’s Degree.
Experience: 3-5 Years Relevant Business Experience
TRAVEL REQUIRED:
Infrequent, on an as-needed basis
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Position is considered to be sedentary and no unusual physical requirements are necessary to perform daily tasks. Largely computer-related work. Position duties may require incumbents to lift, carry heavy objects (up to 20 lbs.) on a nonroutine or daily basis.
