About this Webinar

Over the past few years, the member engagement camp has bemoaned their senior members’ unwillingness to use health technology. We’re here to debunk that myth.  Senior members are not only open to using technology, but many are already using digital tech to connect with their care providers. The challenge is no longer about adoption- it’s about the right balance of usable technology to meet potential and existing MA members where they feel they need the most support. When 32% of seniors only visit a provider twice a year, it is critical that plans identify and implement usable engagement strategies that keep them feeling supported and connected during the remaining 363 days of the year.

This webinar delves into the how-to’s as well as actionable strategies to enhance and sustain engagement among seniors. How can we leverage seniors’ willingness to use their phones, and maintain the connectedness they expect to have with their health plans and providers? What can we do to ensure easy, seamless access to health information and support?   Attend this webinar to find answer to these questions and more!
