Bill’s 25+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry includes an extensive background in clinical and regulatory affairs (CTL, Inc.); project, product and communications management (Burroughs Wellcome); niche life sciences consulting (ATOM, Inc., Campbell Alliance); and business and corporate development (LifeMetrix, US Oncology, Biologics). He served as COO of QOL Medical, a rare and orphan disease company.
Bill has deep therapeutic experience in oncology and rare diseases and extensive expertise in launching the first new products, services, business units, and companies in their respective industry sector. He has a passionate interest in understanding the implications of technology convergence, provider consolidation, and changing reimbursement paradigms with respect to patient access to personalized treatment.
He holds a B.S. in Public Health as well as an MBA from the University of North Carolina.
