About this Webinar

November 8 | 1-2:00 PM ET

An estimated 1.1 billion women worldwide will have experienced menopause by 2025. Symptoms like hot flashes, fatigue, and anxiety can be incredibly disruptive — and last for years. But despite its massive impact, little is being done to support those going through menopause in the workplace. In a recent survey, 70% of respondents said they have considered changing their employment to better manage symptoms — perhaps because only 8% received significant support from their employer related to menopause. Join us for a discussion of why creating a menopause-friendly workplace is critical to retaining some of your most valuable employees, and what changes you can make today to create a more supportive workplace.

Learning objectives:

  • Hear how menopause symptoms are impacting today’s employees based on survey results
  • Understand the economic impact of reduced productivity and increased turnover among some of your most valued employees
  • Learn why accessing high-quality menopause care can be challenging, and how employers can help
  • Get actionable tips on how your company can create a more menopause-friendly workplace
