Prior to joining UHC Global, Kristin was with Optum International. As the Head of Global Account Management, she worked with multi-national teams to delight customers and drive growth by strengthening and expanding Optum’s footprint with large, strategic multi-national employers and payers. Before moving into the international space, Kristin worked as a Director of Strategy and Analytics for Optum US. In that role, she was responsible for turning data into customer-facing value stories.
Kristin has a Master’s Degree in Counselling and Psychological Services and has been a CEAP for over 15 years. She recently completed her term of President of the Employee Assistance Professional Association (EAPA) in early October 2022 and now is serving the association as the Immediate Past President.

Lindsey Knight currently serves as the Sr. Director, CRM for Highmark Health, a Pittsburgh-based national health and wellness organization and the second-largest integrated health care delivery and financing system in America.
In this role, Lindsey oversees the CRM (customer relationship management) technology and practice at Highmark. She leverages her extensive experience in customer loyalty and CRM to transform data-driven member and patient journeys. She drives engagement efforts to improve care utilization, preventive health, satisfaction and loyalty for Highmark and AHN. She has great passion for putting members and patients first and is proud to be part of an organization who places so much value on customer experience.
Lindsey has over 20 years of experience developing loyalty and CRM programs with her extensive casino, retail and consulting background.
Lindsey attended Kent State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. She currently lives in New Alexandria, OH with her husband, son, two sweet dogs and one very voluptuous cat.
