Across all industries, leaders strive to measure and validate their investments, in order to ensure their health and determine where they need to improve. So why shouldn’t leaders do the same for their employee populations?
With nearly three-quarters of the workforce either parents or caregivers — and often both at the same time — the risk of burnout, stress, distraction, and mental health strain is massive. Without the knowledge of who needs more support and when, productivity and health plummets and healthcare spend and losses increase.
Joshua Freund, Senior Benefits Manager at Genentech, and experts from leading family care platform Cleo will walk you through the Family Health Index™, which identifies parents and caregivers at greater risk of burnout, and therefore in urgent need of targeted and proactive interventions to support them and their family. Genentech, Cleo, and Validation Institute will demonstrate how this index helps Cleo improve higher-risk caregivers emotional wellness (PHQ-4) and other dimension scores to drive cost-savings for organizations across the globe.
