COVID-19 Safety Protocols

If you choose to attend this event in person, you agree to the following guidelines:*

  • Supply Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination – this is MANDATORY to attend in person
  • Do not travel if you feel sick
  • Do not attend if you feel sick
  • Use provided PPEs and hand sanitization stations
  • Wash your hands frequently
  • Follow social distancing guidelines and traffic flow signs
  • Be considerate – be kind, we are in this together keeping each other’s health and safety our utmost priority

thInc360 is committed to:

  • Following best practices and encouraging frequent hand washing, sanitizing, and social distance practices in the best interest of participants’ well-being
  • Providing access to hand sanitizing stations throughout the conference areas
  • Cleaning high-touch areas regularly
  • Updating guidelines as new information becomes available and notifying participants, as needed

If you do not feel well and are not able to attend, please contact Customer Services (800-767-9499) to make alternate arrangements regarding your conference registration.

Substitution & Cancellation Policy:

Your registration may be transferred to a member of your organization up to 24 hours prior to the first day of the event. All cancellations must be received in writing no later than 30 calendar days prior to the first day of the event to receive a refund less the $195.00 administrative charge. No refunds will be made after this date. However, the registration fee less the $195.00 administrative charge can be credited toward another comparable event (registration must be received within 6 months of the event from which you cancel). In case of conference cancellation, The Healthcare Innovation Company’s liability is limited to refund of conference registration fee only. Programs are subject to change, and we reserve the right to alter all programs without prior notice.
