What challenges or gaps in care are you focused on?
Cost, quality, access, ease.
What initiatives are you currently spearheading to improve health?
Creating good geographic access nationally and more widely contracting such that our radiologists read the exams assuring quality interpretations and easy report and image access.
What necessary collaborations/partnerships have you established within and/or outside your organization to develop your initiatives?
We have developed an internal team to increase our inventory, have leased a sub-network, and have a potential international collaborator who could strengthen our technical stickiness with our facilities.
What are your measurement criteria for success/or current measurable improvements that you realized from the initiative?
We have KPIs tracking overall growth, inventory growth, % of exams for which we provide professional services and % reliance on subnetwork.
What gives you hope for the future in health care?
The changes we are seeing in the self-funded space, the availability of alternatives to BUCA for smaller employers, and legislation in Texas favoring healthcare consumers.

Your registration may be transferred to a member of your organization up to 24 hours prior to the first day of the event. All cancellations must be received in writing no later than 30 calendar days prior to the first day of the event to receive a refund less the $195.00 administrative charge. No refunds will be made after this date. However, the registration fee less the $195.00 administrative charge can be credited toward another comparable event (registration must be received within 6 months of the event from which you cancel). In case of conference cancellation, The Healthcare Innovation Company’s liability is limited to refund of conference registration fee only.
