Mark Green is currently Ochsner Health Systems Vice President of Care Management, scope of his current role includes clinical interventions through a RN driven call center, in-home services led by a APP support team, transitional care management structure throughout the system as well as utilization support for a 40k member ACO

Mark holds credentials as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and a certified project manager and received his MBA / MHA from Marylhurst University, and has an undergrad degree in radiology sciences from Adventist University

Mark presents nationally on a variety of relevant healthcare topics including, post-acute network development, right sizing utilization in the post-acute space through innovative programs, building and scaling readmission reduction programs, optimizing care coordination / transition management efforts, and defining social determinant’s role in new carev management efforts.
