Michael (Mike) Pasterick is a Senior Vice President and Health Solutions Practice Leader for Aon’s East Region, consisting of its New England, Capital, Philadelphia, and Carolinas markets. After joining Aon in 2013, Mike relocated from Atlanta to Washington DC in 2018. While his primary responsibility is leading growth and consulting teams for the region, he brings extensive experience in working with employers to create healthcare strategies aligned with business needs. In his role, he is responsible for translating strategy into programs that deliver consistently to meet client goals. In addition, Mike serves as a member of Aon’s Innovation and Emerging Solution Team, in which capacity he assists with building and socializing the practice’s knowledge base in this area.

Mike has led engagements with a variety of clients, both in the public and private sector. His concentration has been on employers with geographically diversified, structurally complicated employee bases in industries including Life Sciences, Technology, Staffing, Food Service, Manufacturing, and Higher Education. Mike brings a strong financial orientation as well as a deep understanding of the challenges organizations face in engaging their employees to foster better health outcomes. Many of Mike’s clients engage in M&A activity; as a result, he is adept at integrating services across consulting and delivery. Mike participates as a thought leader in industry organizations like the Business Group on Health and World Health Care Congress.
