Senior Vice President, Talent Management and Organizational Development
Stefanie Perry is the Senior Vice President, Talent Management and Organizational Development for AmerisourceBergen, a global leader for healthcare solutions. In this role, Stefanie is responsible for AmerisourceBergen’s enterprise-wide talent management programs and processes, leadership development, learning and talent initiatives.
Before transitioning into this role, Stefanie led the global Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise and oversaw the attraction and hiring strategy for the organization. She also led diversity and inclusion to support the company’s people first agenda.
Stefanie has spent over 20-years in human resources and has a combination of executive staffing and corporate experience.
Prior to joining AmerisourceBergen, Stefanie served as Vice President, Talent Acquisition Lead for TD Bank, a leading retail bank, where she was responsible for building the talent acquisition center of excellence along with establishing an executive staffing function.
Before transitioning into the corporate environment, Stefanie spent eight years in executive search, specializing in senior level placements within the pharmaceutical, healthcare and manufacturing arenas.
Stefanie has an undergraduate degree from Villanova University and participates in various talent forums and community organizations.
